Thank you for taking time to let us introduce ourselves to you. We hope you get a sense of who we are, our family life, and the unconditional love we would provide a child.
Dave was adopted as an infant and that has forever shaped his life, his outlook, and who he is in incredibly positive ways. Both of us have the shared dream to adopt a child as the way to grow our family, and it was something we decided early on in our marriage that we would do. It is our faith that has led us to take these steps to adopt and we believe that God has a good plan for our family.
We have two children and feel excited to welcome another child into our family. Both of our children are looking forward to meeting their new brother or sister, and will be proud, protective, and fun siblings. We both grew up with siblings, and know firsthand how special it is to have siblings to grow up with and share life with.
We will love your child unconditionally, and raise him or her in a stable, nurturing home. We have the utmost respect and love for you as you navigate making the best decisions for your child. We love being parents and would be delighted to bring another child into our family.

ABOUT US
We met through an online blog forum over ten years ago.
What began as a friendship between two people who enjoyed sharing thoughts and stories with one another transformed into a beautiful relationship and life together. We have been married seven years and are best friends. Our marriage is filled with love, respect, and trust — and a lot of fun and laughter, too!
We both love to travel, enjoy music and festivals, and host loved ones for cookouts, movie nights, and the holidays. Pamela enjoys scrapbooking, party planning, and cooking. Dave likes capturing landscape and wildlife photographs, reading history books, and taste-testing all of Pamela's cooking!
We currently have two children who are both thrilled to welcome a new baby into our family and home. From coloring together, to trips to the playground, to reading books, and so much more, we are intentional to spend time with our children to invest in them with our full love and attention.

OUR HOME AND FAMILIES
We have lived in our home for five years and it is often described as warm, cozy, and inviting!
We have made so many wonderful memories in our home. Our family life moves with the seasons each year. In the summer, we enjoy beach days, farmers markets, and classic car shows. We pick apples, paint pumpkins, and take hayrides in the fall. Every winter, we bake cookies, gather with loved ones for the holidays, and participate in many family traditions - such as baking cookies with Grandma or sharing what we are thankful for. When the weather warms up, we take family walks after dinner, and usually end up at the park where we laugh and play together. We take vacations every year to visit family, or go to a new destination.
The day in and day out of our life is blessed and good.
We are part of a loving faith community that is like a second family. We get together with friends to see a movie, go to a museum, or have dinner out. Pamela's mother comes every week and spends time with our children. We have an amazing family that we are very close with and see often throughout the year. We get together with our extended family for reunions and cooking weekends. We video chat with family that lives further away. Our siblings and parents adore our children and dote on them every chance they get! They are all waiting to welcome another sweet child into our family to love on and cherish.

Enjoy Life - life can be hard, so we do our best to celebrate the good things to create moments that can be cherished for a lifetime.
Be Caring - we believe it is important to take care of each other. This might mean making a meal for someone who is grieving or shoveling our neighbor's driveway.
Show Hospitality - we love hosting friends and family and value the opportunity to show hospitality to others.
Get an Education - we believe a good education is vital and work with our children from a young age to encourage them to learn.
Have Confidence - we value confidence and teach our children to love themselves, be proud of themselves, and discover what they are good at.

Being a parent is something that we take to heart in every way, and we are praying to become parents again and bring another beautiful child into our family.
