OUR STORY
once upon a time…
Nicole sat in her living room looking at internet profiles, when she suddenly stumbled upon Eric's. She liked what she saw and realized they had many similarities, so on a whim, she decided to message him. Impressed with her letter, and the fact that women don't usually make the first move in internet dating, Eric replied with an equally wordy, yet eloquent letter. From there it all started, and both became excited waiting for that next email, text or phone call. They had their first date at Kopps Frozen Custard in Greenfield WI, and after that five hour first date (yes, you read that right) they were inseparable.
We live life by the golden rule, treating others like we want to be treated, and by keeping friends and family close. We hope to share those values with your child.
OUR HOME AND FAMILIES
We live in a family oriented neighborhood in southern Wisconsin, with many parks close by. We love our neighbors and that we are close to downtown, which has lots of local events all the time, including a weekly farmers’ market. Lake Michigan is pretty close, as well as lots of smaller lakes nearby that we have enjoyed. In the winter we have the perfect sledding hill just a short walk away. We enjoy all 4 seasons, but just love fall with all the stunning colors of the trees.
We are blessed with an amazing support system.
Eric's family all live in the northeastern part of the state near Appleton. We make many trips up there yearly to hang out and enjoy family gatherings and shenanigans. We were close before, but after the passing of Eric's father, that closeness has strengthened. We just love being together as much as we can. Nicole's siblings and parents all live in Wisconsin but she has a large extended family in Illinois, New York and Colorado. She has many aunts, uncles and cousins who she is close to and they try to get together as much as they can. Through technology we manage to all stay in touch.

to finish it!A perfect day could be any day spending time with family, or just relaxing.
The best place to take a child is their imagination. The backyard, or the park can be a thrilling adventure.
About Eric
Eric has an insane sweet tooth... and loves making (and eating) cookies.
He loves collecting retro video games.
He's an accomplished artist... he can draw many cartoon characters, including Donald Duck.
His dream job was to be a hand drawn animator for Disney.
Black Cherry is Eric's favorite ice cream flavor.
IN CLOSING
We have always dreamed about being parents and having a child to raise in our loving home! We are very exciting to be adopting and have so much love to share with your child as we expand our family.
Please always know we will unconditionally love and cherish your child and will make sure they always know the deep love of their first family. We want them to be proud to be adopted.
