Adoption has always held a special place in our hearts.
We believe family is built on love—not just biology—and we’re ready to provide a child with a safe, nurturing, and joyful home. We dream of bedtime stories, messy art projects, weekend adventures, and being there every step of the way as a child grows into exactly who they’re meant to be. More than anything, we hope to offer a life filled with stability, encouragement, and unconditional love. Thank you again for considering us—it truly means the world.
We live in a welcoming, diverse community in Illinois where we both grew up. We chose to stay because of the great schools, beautiful parks, and endless opportunities to explore. It’s the kind of place where kids can safely ride bikes, walk our two sweet dogs, Stanley and Lola, build strong friendships, and feel like they’re truly part of something special.
OUR STORY
We went to high school together, but we didn’t really start talking until Megan’s cousin introduced us. We ended up working together at the community rec center—Tim was the head lifeguard, and Megan worked in the concessions area. As we spent more time together, we quickly grew close and started dating. Our connection has always been rooted in a shared love of family, the outdoors, and exploring new places.
Whether we’re hiking, camping, or just finding new spots to visit, we truly enjoy spending quality time together and making memories along the way.

OUR HOME AND COMMUNITY
We live in a family-friendly suburb of Chicago that offers the perfect mix of community, convenience, and charm.
Our home is within walking distance to parks, top-rated schools, and playgrounds, making it easy to spend time outdoors and stay connected with neighbors. We love attending local events like the weekly farmers market, neighborhood festivals, and community baseball games throughout the summer. The area is also home to wonderful local landmarks, including a historic downtown, scenic forest preserves, and walking trails.
At home, one of our favorite things to do is entertain friends and family on our backyard patio—whether it’s a casual cookout or cozy evenings around the fire pit making s’mores. It’s a welcoming, active community where people know each other, and we feel so grateful to live in a place that offers a strong sense of belonging and a wonderful environment for a child to grow and thrive.
OUR LOVED ONES
We are fortunate to live very close to our families, with most relatives residing just a few miles from our home.
This closeness allows us to spend meaningful time together throughout the year—whether it’s a last-minute game of pickleball, a spontaneous Friday night gathering, or celebrating holidays surrounded by grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. These moments are filled with laughter, shared meals, and cherished traditions that strengthen our bonds and remind us how grateful we are for one another. In addition to family gatherings at home, we take an annual trip to Minnesota, where our extended family takes over an entire resort for a week of fun, relaxation, and connection. It’s a tradition filled with boating, campfires, games, and making lasting memories with relatives and friends from near and far.
Family is truly the heart of our lives, and everyone is so excited to welcome a new child into this circle of love, encouragement, and belonging.
