We are so grateful you’re taking the time to get to know us.
We’ve always dreamed of becoming parents, and adoption feels like the right path for us to grow our family. While we knew pregnancy might be challenging for us, we’ve come to see adoption as a beautiful way to build the loving home we’ve always imagined. We will embrace any level of openness and truly believe that honoring each family’s hopes and comfort level is what’s best for everyone, especially for the child.
OUR STORY
We both had similar upbringings and even grew up in the same community, but we didn’t know each other until a mutual family friend set us up! We bonded over our shared passion for traveling, spending time with family, and supporting each other’s goals. We’ve been together for 10 years and always willing to talk things through and work hard to compromise, especially as our relationship has grown.
We are both excited for the opportunity to grow our family together. We have learned about adoption and grown in this process together, and believe it is such a blessing to be able to adopt our child.
OUR HOME AND FAMILIES
We live in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, an area we love for its balance of peaceful neighborhoods and easy access to fun activities. Our home is a comfortable, welcoming space where we enjoy spending time together, relaxing after busy days, and hosting family and friends. It’s the kind of place where routines feel cozy, laughter comes easily, and there’s always room for a child to grow, play, and feel safe.
Family is a big part of our lives, and we’re fortunate to be surrounded by people who are loving, supportive, and excited to welcome a child into the family.
Our parents, siblings, and extended family are close-knit and enjoy spending time together whenever we can. A child in our family will grow up surrounded by grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins who are eager to be involved and supported with love from day one. Our family is known for being warm, fun-loving, and always willing to show up for one another. Gatherings are filled with laughter, good food, and plenty of conversation. Whether it’s a casual dinner, a birthday celebration, or a holiday get-together, time together is something we truly value. There’s a strong sense of togetherness and support that we know will be meaningful for a child growing up in our family. We especially love and look forward to creating new traditions, with our families and envision continuing these traditions with our families in the future.
